I think your customer service is fantastic, From the beginning, I received all the information I needed and had no questions. While in the process of using your products, I have still been receiving the necessary information. which I think is excellent.

I bought this product as it claims drug free and safe for everyday use because i have sensitive skin but it didn’t work for my sensitive scalp I started feeling irritation after using their products so I wanted to return them but couldn’t because no one responded regarding the return. So if you have sensitive skin don’t buy as you can’t return it is waste of money.

Hi, I just used the serum for the first time. On application, the scalp is feeling a burning sensation. Is it same for everyone?

I only washed my hair with your product twice, but I use serum every day for the past week.
At firs, I was skeptical that serum will leave my hair oily and not apiling bit I was wrong. I put serum before I go to sleep and in the morning my hair and looks like freshly washed. And the smell of all three product is amazing. Don't ever change it.

After searching for a good product I came across Scandinavianbio labs the products seems good so I thought I would give it a go.I placed the order and it arrived very safely 04 days earlier than it was expected ! And ever since the team has been guiding me through how to use the products and that is what you call world class customer service . The shampoo .conditioner and the serum seems excellent .

I tried the serum for 5 months and didn't get any results. That would be disappointing enough although I wasn't really expecting a miracle to happen.
What really got me upset as that I saw an advert where Scandinavian Labs was trying to hire an actor with thick and healthy hair to advertise their products. That sounds like fraud to me! (I have a screenshot that proves it)

Product arrived as expected and so far, one week in and seems to be working as described.

Delivery was very quick to U.K.
2 weeks now and I can feel a slight difference in the hair strands feeling thicker, still early days yet.

Though the products are natural my hair feels strong, is shiny and smooth. Not frizzy at all. The serum feels very active. You can feel the heat on your sculp. I have the feeling the hair loss slowed down a lot

It has been three years since I first began with my treatment which involved, radiation therapy and a whole year long of chemotherapy.
May be because of my genetics hair fall was not the worst side effects of chemotherapy but it was enough to see my scalp very rapidly.
I have been using Scandinavian Bio labs products now for almost four months. I have not been using it regularly as prescribed but the stop in hair fall and hair thickening is something I would remain thankful to Scandinavian BioLabs. I have been even been paid or contacted by Scandinavian BioLabs. It is my honest review which they so very much deserve.

I have been using growth serum for some time, I’m finishing my second bottle. Before, I experienced excessive hair loss, falling out to a scary level (side effect of the medicine I’m taking). I wasn’t sure anything could help but gave it a try. Seriously, the amount of falling out reduced by the end of the first bottle, incredible. I haven’t noticed new hair growth just yet but I think it’s just takes a bit more time. Accepted that I will need to use it forever just like a cream for my face. It’s not just 1 month treatment.

I personally very much appreciated companies customer support as a whole. Both with information available on website and received via email, to me it matters a lot what attitude someone shows and I feel like Scandinavian Biolabs gives that element a big importance as well. Plus I have lots of information about what to expect plus how to interpret whatever I notice along the way using this product.

Unfortunately, after about 9 months of use, the product not only didn't grow back much hair, I also continued to lose hair. The company seem decent and well meaning but ultimately the product did not do what I hoped for.

Very quick delivery- was expecting it on 28th Dec but arrived on 24th!

The shampoo and conditioner are incredible. You don’t need to use much and it leaves my hair very so clean and healthy.

I’ve been using the serum every night and, although too early to see results, I’ve been impressed by how it absorbs and doesn’t leave greasy hair/ scalp.
